Can I try the service for free?

Yes! With our Free Trial Plan, you get 50 minutes of transcription each month at no cost. It’s an easy way to explore the platform—upload files up to 10 minutes, try all download formats, and use our editing and AI features without entering payment details.

How do I start transcribing for free?

Getting started is fast! Simply click “Try for free now!” to sign up and open your dashboard. Then, click “Browse File” to upload your audio (up to 10 minutes) and hit “Transcribe” to create your text. If you go over the 50-minute monthly free limit, you’ll need to upgrade to continue.

Can I edit my transcription once it’s created?

Absolutely! After your audio is transcribed on RichScribe, you can refine the text using our built-in tools. You can edit the text manually, add SEO enhancements, or use our AI Rewrite + SEO option to transform your transcription into a polished, search-optimized article. This makes it easy to turn raw audio into publish-ready content.

What is the file length limit for the Free Trial?

Each file you upload during the free trial can be up to 10 minutes long. If your recording is longer, just split it into smaller sections before uploading. This ensures faster processing, smoother uploads, and more accurate transcription results.

Which file types are available for export?

After uploading your audio and clicking “Transcribe,” you can download your text in Word (DOCX), PDF, HTML, or Markdown. These formats make it easy to use your transcription for documents, websites, blogs, or sharing, and you can also edit or repurpose the text however you like.

What languages does the service support?

Our transcription service supports a wide range of languages, allowing you to upload audio in many major international languages. If your language is supported, the system will handle the rest automatically.
